The EL Tool automates the delivery of your new framework. Discover the confidence levels of your entire leadership team through self, agreed and progress reviews, with at a glance summaries to help your target professional learning.

Reviews and PL Conversations

Leaders begin by evaluating their own confidence in 10 areas of leadership, decided by your leadership framework. Following this, they sit down with their line manager/leadership coach for a 90 minute Precise Professional Conversation, which forms their Agreed Review.  4 months down the line, this step is repeated. Giving the opportunity for reflection on professional learning and development.
