Enabling Leaders was formed in 2023 by Anne-Marie Duguid and Diana Osagie; combining their extensive experience in education leadership.

Anne-Marie Duguid is one of the UK’s most experienced senior leaders in education and a key architect of the World Education Summit. Anne-Marie has extensive experience in leadership development. working strategically with executive teams.

Anne-Marie holds key expertise in developing, designing, and implementing individual and organisational improvement Frameworks. A founding Director of the Chartered College of Teaching, Anne-Marie has worked closely with teachers, leaders and executive teams building confidence, knowledge, expertise and experiences.

Backed by a glowing record of success of leading at a global level, she works passionately alongside some of the world’s foremost educationalists to instill the powerful ethos of evaluation, impact and evidence informed practice in schools, leaders, and teachers across the globe.

Diana Osagie​

Co-Founder of Enabling Leaders

With 22 years’ experience leading secondary education, including six years as a successful head teacher in a London secondary school and as an executive head – Diana works at the cutting edge of leadership development. She is known as a resilient school leader, skilled in urban leadership under challenging circumstances. Diana has substantial success in developing school wide models that strategically enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the curriculum and can couple sound strategic vision whilst giving clear operational direction. Diana is a school inspector, with developed expertise scrutinizing school wide leadership systems.

With a proven track record of developing leaders via bespoke training programs, Diana founded The Academy of Women’s Leadership; specializing in supporting women to grow the leadership cultures of their organisations and to flourish as leaders established in confidence, Diana has established capability in mentoring and supporting leaders facing challenging circumstances and change. She is the author of Courageous Leadership, a humorous book that gives leaders’ strategies for to shape their leadership experience.

EL Implementation Lead

Hello, I’m Sarah, the Implementation Lead for Enabling Leaders. With over 20 years of experience as both an Educational and Coaching Psychologist, I’ve dedicated my career to helping schools enhance outcomes for learners. I’m excited to support schools as they engage with the Enabling Leaders Framework, enabling leaders to flourish and developing collective efficacy. 

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated closely with teachers, school and system leaders to create meaningful improvements at various levels. My deep understanding of educational systems and leadership development allows me to bring valuable insights and expertise to the implementation of Enabling Leaders.

Nicholas Patel

International Director

An accomplished Executive Leader, with 17 years of senior leadership experience across the UK and The Middle East. Nicholas is committed to building communities where high aspirations are realised through strong relationships, shared values and purposeful collaboration. Over the last decade Nicholas has worked with GEMS Education and Taaleem to open twelve K-12 schools within the UAE, where his last school for GEMS had the highest KHDA inspection improvement rate between two consecutive inspections, and his group of schools for Taaleem had the highest parent and staff satisfaction rates within the company. As Professional Development Lead for GEMS Education, he worked across their vast network of schools; insightfully identifying needs, creatively providing solutions, and expertly facilitating change.
 
He now supports schools and leaders on a global scale, sharing his vast knowledge of leadership and learning. As a qualified Professional Coach, he champions self-reflection, personal growth through being challenged, and self-realisation.
 
Nicholas believes that all schools should be a place, where: innovation is embraced, talents are nurtured, and every student and member of staff is cared for, while empowering them to excel within a culture of excellence that is grounded in strong moral values.

Hello there! I am Jordan, I make sure that the EL Tool has the maximum impact possible for your organisation. Having worked in education for over 12 years in various capacities, I have now moved on to focus primarily on software and online professional learning solutions for schools and systems.

I have worked closely with Anne-Marie on the World Education Summit for a number of years and am now very excited to bring Enabling Leaders into the world and make sure that the software can have as much impact as possible.

Hi, I’m Ariana. I’ll be working behind the scenes with clients to ensure that everything works smoothly and we maximise the impact of EL within your schools. I facilitate strong relationships with clear communication, and help organise the team.

I have a law degree and experience working in management professionally. I am very excited to implement the skills I have learned into this very exciting programme.

System Architect​

I am Ross, the system architect for the Enabling Leaders Tool. Coming from a background in print, I now work on a variety of different software projects in various industries. I work with Jordan to build efficient business systems and processes powered by strong databases. Enabling Leaders is an exciting project and I have very much enjoyed building the Tool to be as effective and smooth as possible.

Hey, I am Sophia, Project Lead  for Enabling Leaders. I support the wonderful EL team and our clients and creative lead on EL projects. 
I have a degree in Education and have worked with both Anne-Marie for the World Education Summit and Diana for the Academy of Women’s Leadership since 2022. I am excited to be involved in such a brilliant new programme and to help expand the impact of Enabling Leaders to new Schools worldwide.
